‎شاہِ دباغ منگتا تیرا ہوں
Look, look—I stand at your door
‎دیکھو دیکھو میں در پر کھڑا ہوں
For so long I’ve been lying here,
‎کتنی مدت سے در پر پڑا
My only hope is tied to you.
‎ تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
See, even the great saints are gathered
‎دیکھو سب اولیاء بھی کھڑے ہیں
Those of high rank, truly honoured
‎جو کہ رتبے میں کافی بڑے ہیں
All are humbled at your feet
‎تیرے قدموں میں سارے پڑے ہیں
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
My being is so very weak,
‎میری ہستی بہت ناتواں ہے
Yet at your feet lies both worlds
‎تیرے قدموں میں دونوں جہاں ہیں
Where I stand feels like the heavens
‎میں کھڑا ہوں جہاں، آسماں ہے
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
Your love is the core of my faith
‎تیری الفت ہے ایمان میرا
O my Master, you’re my only grace.
‎میرے مولا تو ہے مان میرا
Every moment, you’re watching over
‎ہر گھڑی مجھ پے ہے دھیان تیرا
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
In this world, I’m a rejected soul,
‎پوری دنیاء میں معتوب ہوں میں
Just a scroll of sins, that’s my role.
‎بس گناہوں کا مکتوب ہوں میں
Yet I’m linked to your sacred door
‎تیری چوکھٹ سے منسوب ہوں میں
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
Whoever spreads your blessed path,
‎تیرے رستے کو جو بھی پھیلائے
May my life be gifted to them in its aftermath.
‎عمراس کو میری لگ ہی جاۓ
From them, I smell your fragrant truth
‎اس سے خوشبو تیری مجھ کو آے
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
My Master, please forgive me,
‎میرے شاہا ہمیں معاف کرنا
In your footsteps is where I wish to live and die.
‎تیرے قدموں میں ہے جینا مرنا
My success comes only through your bond
‎تیری نسبت سے ہے ہم نے ترنا
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
You are so high, and I—so low,
‎تم کہاں اور مجھ سا کمینہ
Yet your compassion this month does show.
‎تیری شفقت کا ہے یہ مہینہ
Your poet, Raza, is blind in sight
‎تیرا شاعر رضا ہے نابینا
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
How can I say thanks with this tongue?
‎شکریہ کیسے لاؤں زبان پر
Even this tongue is your gift, unsung.
‎یہ زبان بھی عطاء ہے تمہاری
Even God loves your noble link
‎تیری نسبت ہے رب کو بھی پیاری
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
For every fault, please grant pardon,
‎ہرخطاء پر ہمیں معاف کرنا
For every punishment, rain down grace.
‎ہرسزاء پر عطا کا اترنا
Cleanse me with your mercy’s touch
‎اپنی رحمت سے تو صاف کرنا
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
Among the saints, you have no equal,
‎اولیاء میں تمہارا نا ثانی
Your brother is the Ghawth e Jilani.
‎تیرا بھائی ہے غوثِ جیلانی رحیمہ اللہ
No mind can fathom your true realit
‎تیری سمجھ کسی کو نا آنی
My only hope is tied to you.
‎میری ہر آس تم سے جڑی ہے
You are among Allah’s hidden secrets,
‎رب کے رازوں میں سے ایک ہوتم
Among the white falcons, you are counted,
‎سفید بازوں میں سے ایک ہو تم
Among the heavenly instruments, you are one
‎جنتی سازوں میں سے ایک ہو تم
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
What are jinn, angels, and mankind?
‎کیا جن و ملک اور انساں ؟
All seem lifeless in front of your shine.
‎سامنے تیرے ہیں سارے بے جاں
Even my identity is from you
‎تم سے ہی تو ہے میری یہ پہچان
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
The mercy of the Prophet is upon us,
‎نبیِ رحمت کی ہم پر عنائت
Through him, we’ve received your sainthood.
‎ہمارے حصے میں تیری ولایت
From my Lord comes generous favour
‎میرے رب کی ہے ہم پر سخاوت
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
May the hardness of my chest be eased,
‎میرے سینے کی کم ہو شقاوت
May I taste your sweetness and peace.
‎ہم کو مل جاۓ تیری حلاوت
Your seen and unseen nobility
‎تیری ظاہری و غیبی وجاہت
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہیآسمیری جڑی ہے
Why do I feel this calm descend?
‎یہ مجھے چین کیوں آرہا ہے
Someone is whispering to me
‎کوئی مجھ سے یہ فرماء رہا ہے
“Look, your Raza is coming.”
‎دیکھو میرا رضا آرہا ہے
My only hope is tied to you.
‎تم سے ہی آس میری جڑی ہے
Ahmed Dabbagh is my guide,
‎احمد دباغ میرا ولی ہے
Your son—descendant of Ali, full of pride.
‎ہے یہ بیٹا تو ابنِ علی ہے
Even the bud in my heart has bloomed
‎میرے دل کی کلی بھی کھلی ہے
